Intermittent electrical gremlins – radio cuts out, lights flicker, car stalls randomly

I’m about to lose my mind with my 2011 BMW 328i. Some days it drives perfectly fine, other days the radio will just shut off and come back on, the interior lights flicker, and twice now the engine has stalled while I was stopped at a red light. No check engine light, no battery warning, nothing. I’ve already replaced the battery and alternator because a shop said that was the problem but the issues came back after a week. I think I need a proper car malfunction repair Dubai that has experience with intermittent electrical faults, not just parts changers. I found Dynostar’s malfunction page and they mention diagnostic scans and checking ground straps and modules which sounds more thorough than what I’ve had so far. Has anyone here had random electrical issues that turned out to be a bad ground connection or a failing ECU relay rather than something expensive? I’m tired of throwing money at guesses. Also could a bad camshaft position sensor cause stalling without throwing a code? Any help appreciated because I’m seriously considering selling this headache.
