Slightly embarrassed to ask but my Rolls AC is acting up

I never thought I’d be posting something like this because honestly I don’t like drawing attention to what I drive, but here we are. My Ghost’s rear AC has stopped blowing cold air entirely while the front works perfectly fine. It’s been like this for about two weeks and with summer kicking in, my kids are complaining nonstop every time we go somewhere as a family. I took it to the dealership first because I assumed they’d know best but the quote they gave me was absolutely ridiculous for what seems like a simple fix. They mentioned something about a separate evaporator for the rear and said the whole dashboard might need to come out which I’m not fully convinced about. I don’t mind paying fairly but I also don’t want someone learning on my car. Has anyone here had rear AC problems on a newer Ghost and actually got it fixed properly somewhere affordable? Really hoping it’s just a valve or low refrigerant but knowing my luck it’s probably more complicated.
